Bob Cox (on the left) is a
guitarist/instructor living in the Mansfield, Ohio area and it a very
good player - tabber - and, arranger. A few years back he arranged
a version of James Taylor's "Whenever I See Your Smiling
Face" and we always ask him to play it whenever we get
together. (And, it ain't easy to play.) With very little insistence
he has provided OFGC with not only the tab to the tune, but an MP3 file
of him playing it.. and, has given us permission to post it here
for your listening and "stealing" pleasure... Give a
listen - and, then work up the courage to "give it a
try." (And, then send him a big thanks - or, any
questions you might have about "how to play it." Bob Cox

Palmer,
Take a listen to my latest transcription. I can't quite play it yet, but
I'm working feverously on it. This was from a piano score and CD that my friend Juan Antonio Teruel Gonzolez sent me recently from Madrid. The
connection, my daughter is also named Erin and is currently studying abroad in Madrid. Neat, huh?
